Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator
Embracing the warmth of Texas and the joy of community connection, Tiffany comes with a rich background in the medical field and a love for nurturing relationships. She delights in making our patients feel at ease and well-cared for from the moment they step into our practice, she brings the same passion for service to helping you along your smile journey with us at Rendon Orthodontics.
Aileen
Front Desk Coordinator
Aileen is experienced in customer service with strong communication and organizational skills, always eager to bring a touch of positivity to patients and team members’ day-to-day interactions. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and has a genuine desire to assist everyone and create a smooth and memorable experience at our office! Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her daughter and husband, such as going out to eat or simply staying home and watching movies together.
Ana
Front Desk Coordinator
Raised in North Texas, Ana brings a bubbly energy and genuine passion for patient care. She makes every patient feel welcome and guides them through their orthodontic treatment. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she connects with a diverse range of patients. Outside the office, she enjoys the outdoors with her puppy or friends, always seeking ways to engage with the community.

Head Orthodontic Assistant
Daniel found his passion for orthodontics through his own positive braces experience. His transformation ignited a desire to help others achieve smiles they love. At Rendon Orthodontics, he’s enthusiastic about making a difference in patients’ lives. Daniel relishes time with friends and family, enjoys his French bulldogs, and loves exploring new destinations worldwide.
Eileen
Orthodontic Assistant
Eileen brings extensive experience from her dental career in Kansas and Texas, starting in 2001. She joined the team after moving to Frisco to be near her daughters and sisters, valuing family connections. At Rendon Orthodontics, she’s impressed by the exceptional results and is thrilled to be part of a welcoming, family-like environment. She looks forward to the opportunity to engage with patients.
Leidy
Orthodontic Assistant
Leidy is originally from Colombia and obtained her RDA in 2019. Thanks to the guidance and teachings of Dr. Juan Rendon, she was able to begin the wonderful journey as an orthodontic assistant. She truly enjoys helping people improve the appearance of their teeth and witnessing the positive changes in self-esteem through a beautiful smile. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and trying new restaurants.

Marketing Coordinator
Ellen handles marketing at Rendon Orthodontics, skillfully promoting our practice within the dental community. She plays a key role in our patient-focused environment. Outside work, Ellen enjoys family time and dreams of exploring nature in Spanish-speaking countries.
